great family getaway with friendly staff and a good breakfast selection

Clean accommodations, friendly staff.

This place was recently renovated, with wonderful rooms, courteous staff. Greatly enjoyed the room with comfy beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The experience was decent, would stay here again.

We stayed here for five nights, and my kids just couldn't get enough of the pool, it was clean, inviting, and they spent hours splashing around. The breakfast was also something special, I mean they had BACON, not your typical continental, it was like a real treat every morning.

It wasn't inexpensive but still manageable.

A heartfelt escape from reality

The front desk staff greeted me daily with warm smiles, making my stay feel cute despite the hiccups.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was quite noisy and unreliable, making nights a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast meal was nice hot with several options to choose from as well, fruits and also bacon.

Can’t fault anything about it.

I found the area safe and centralized for all my explorations. The staff was eager to meet my needs as I easily walked to places like Olive Branch City Park and the nearby restaurants for a quick bite.

Pillows could use a little work. The only real problem we had was when we call Friday afternoon to confirm our reservations, the lady who answer was not very pleasant at all. We had booked at this hotel the weekend before thru Hampton Inn, we had reservations with a confirmation and when we arrived we were told we had no room. Thank goodness my husband handled this well although he was very upset, this is the reason we called to confirm before we left home. The lady who spoke to us told us there was no way this could have happened but it did. The gentleman who was working the weekend this happened was really helpful and called everywhere trying to find us a room but none were available. Then we checked in this past weekend the lady was very nice and very pleasant I am sure she's not the person who answered the phone when we called.

Breakfast rush when they managed to keep everything stocked and clean. Our room had some maintenance issues, like a leaky faucet and peeling paint.

The hotel was decent. Booked.net did not make the reservation though. When I got to the hotel, my reservation wasn't on file.

Creek behind hotel needs to be cleaned up, whether you own it or not. Good view for some serenity.

Bedding had crumbs and stains upon arrival.

They were working on the out side our door redoing rooms at 630 all 3 mornings. Very annoying with 3 young kids that didn't sleep good in the car and only had 2 1/2 hours.
